Good. Well. I take it you've been briefly on the general scope of the project, and I've made you some notes on what I've been doing.

I've frankly been trying to do the best I can to wade through the materials we have, but I've recently begun to suspect I'm going in circles. An outside perspective is welcome. I also think it may be worth trying to identify more... specific, manageable tasks to assign. It's a massive project, and we've got an interesting assortment of personnel.
